I love strong willed heroines just as much as I love sexy, sweet rock stars so, for me this book already had the makings of something great. Add in Ms. Steinbrunn's ability to bring out emotion through her writing and you have a home run! Lead Him Not Into Temptation is only her second book (Book 1- Forgive Us Our Trespasses was equally amazing) but you wouldn't never be able to tell! She laid out a strong plot, that slowly built through Jen and Casen's relationship, accompanied but well developed, likable characters, steamy lovin' and stellar twists. I couldn't ask for more (and honestly I don't think you can either, right?)
You totally don't have to read Forgive Us Our Trespasses to read Lead Him Not Into Temptation but you would be doing yourself an injustice. Anyway, M.L. Steinbrunn rocks my socks and she will rock yours too..

Female Character - - Strong-- LOVE Jen
Male Character - - Sweet Rock star.. What more could you ask for?

Confession.... I have a small fangirl crush on M.L. Steinbrunn... Yep, it's true!! What started as admiration with Forgive Us Our Trespasses turned into full fledged obsession with Lead Him Not Into Temptation.
So, Jennifer and Casen both have troubled pasts but their worlds could not have been further apart. Jen grew up with wealthy parents who cared more about the next political race than their own child (disgusting, right??) While Casen grew up witnessing things no child should ever have to see. Both of their pasts made them the adults they are now. (Equally as awful but it a completely different way!!) Jen is a strong will, smart mouthed, loyal as the day is long woman with no use for relationships with men. Casen wants a family more than anything, He wants to be able to give someone the things that he didn't have. When Jen's career throws her directly into Casen's path, will he be enough to make her forget her past and look into the future with him?

Colorado native M.L. Steinbrunn is new to the professional literary community, but has been in love with the world of fictional characters and plot twists since she was a child. Writing short stories and reading anything she could get her hands on, it could be argued that her hobby borders on an obsession.
She works full-time as a middle school and high school educator and coach in rural Colorado where she and her husband are raising their three young children. Through education she has enjoyed guiding others on their paths and helping students build their stories. After countless evenings of discussing story ideas, it was her husband who encouraged her to follow her own path and publish her first novel.
She recently published her debut romance novel Forgive Us Our Trespasses, which was released in March of 2014. It is the first in a series of intertwined stand-alone novels. Book two, Lead Him Not Into Temptation will be released in August of 2014.
In her free time M.L. enjoys travelling, Amazon one-clicking, watching movies, chauffeuring her children to their one and half million activities, and people watching.
